The following circumstances do not fall within the scope of warranty:

1. Troubles caused by personnel not designated by the company or the sales unit when maintaining the piano.

2. Piano damage and breakdown caused by failure to comply with the requirements of maintenance instructions.

3. Damage caused by improper transportation, improper handling or other accidents.

4. Damage caused by other irresistible factors.

5. If the piano number is broken or altered, it will not be suitable for the quality guarantee regulations.
